Sage One’s syncing times have been updated recently to only sync the age analysis and statements at night, to not cause delays on your HeroTill server during working hours.
Sage One syncing times default settings:
- Age Analysis Sync Time : Time of day to run the age analysis sync. Default is 18:00
- Sage One Sync Window Start Time: Start of the Time Window during which Statements can be pulled from Sage One. Default is 18:00
- Sage One Sync Window Stop Time: End of the Time Window during which Statements can be pulled from Sage One. Default is 06:00
- Sage One Sync User Exemption: Comma separated list of users that can manually pull age analysis from Sage One during this time window.
